Pour Decisions: Peanut Edition

The Creamy Peanut Satay dressing you’ll drizzle on everything.

Spring is great as those salad crunchy vegetables start to appear and are not too expensive! 

This dressing helps when you are trying to be healthy but you just need something scrummy to top it with.

¼ cup peanut butter ( smooth or crunchy)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

2 medium cloves garlic, crushed

Pinch of chilli flakes 

Pinch of ginger

¼ cup lime juice (about 2 to 3 limes or bottled works fine too)

Mix/or shake and use! And it keeps well in the fridge in a screw top jar.
