A kohl hour in the kitchen

So I decided to roast it. I sliced up Mr Kohlrabi, gave him a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper and into the air fryer for 10-15 minutes. When it was nearly cooked and golden I sprinkled on some parmesan and gave it a few more minutes.

It was nice. Very similar to a roast parsnip without that fibre texture. So now I can tick that one off the list. Next!
