GÂTEAU AU YAOURT 🇫🇷 Yoghurt Pot Cake

1 small pot of natural (sugar free) yogurt (roughly 120m)

2 pots of self raising flour

1 pot of white sugar

Half a pot of cooking oil

2 eggs 

Splash of vanilla essence

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well till smooth and silky. Can cook in lined loaf or ring tin.

You can flavour with anything really. Lemon or orange zest or a handful of raspberries, blueberries, whatever you fancy or have!

Cook at 175C. For 35-45 minutes. Checking occasionally.
