L was looking a little tricky. Lentils? Langoustines?

Then Lyonnaise potatoes entered the chat.

Crispy golden potatoes, buttery onions, plenty of parsley and some edges that may have become enthusiastically caramelised. Lentils never stood a chance. 🇫🇷🥔
